"AVOID Dropped off a brand new dress shirt to be cleaned. When I picked it up the shirt had a stain, almost a burn mark on it. They kept it another two days and when I picked it up it looked the same, not even sure they did anything. I was refunded $2 and some change for them ruining an $80 shirt. AVOID this place."

"Literally took them my premium hoodies and a few black shirts. Everything came back still, dingy looking, faded and shrank. I don’t recommend using their services if you have clothing that you care about. This was my first and my last time every using their services. Ruined all my Supreme hoodies and t-shirts. "I dropped off a sweatshirt that had a cuff seam that needed to be sewn. I was told $6.50 and it was also written on my receipt that way. Bill asked if that price was okay when I dropped it off and I agreed. When I picked it up, the total was $15.50 and the lady who manages the place lectured me and explained that they don’t know the price before they send it out for repair. She was rude and acted like I was the one who was supposed to be training her employees. Wouldn’t recommend this location."
