"I was a big fan of coming here, but I came in today to get some allergy relief shampoo for my dog and while talking with an employee about the shampoo and how my pup has allergies and is allergic to chicken, she fed her a chicken flavored treat. I don’t mean to bash on this place by no means, and I did receive an apology, but I am very upset about this experience. I did in fact still check out with the items in my hand and she only had given me one of the $1 treat bags for free, I did not intend for any handouts, but being that I was there specifically for something for her allergies and while in the process her allergies were made 10x worse, you’d think I would have gotten the allergy shampoo for discount or something. This is still a great store for you and your pet, but I don’t think i will be a customer there anymore, just really disappointed."
