"Longtime patient at the Shawnee/Advent location. The Leawood location is nothing like it. Waited over an hour to be seen for a 5 minute appointment in a mostly empty office. Staff was polite but dismissive. Love my regular doc at WHA and will skip this location and doctor in the future."

"I made an appointment here due to them being recommended by a friend of mine. I waited 2 months for an appointment. I wanted the 2 months for my appointment, show up 15 minutes early after driving 40 minutes for said appointment, and was not told about any policies regarding my 5 year old joining me to my appointment. So after waiting months for this appointment and driving almost an hour, they were going to have to “reschedule” me. Customer service is poor and the professionalism is worse."

This office runs efficiently, has fantastic rapport with their patients and goes above and beyond to create a calm environment. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to deliver my babies; this group is unmatched in Kansas City. You can’t go wrong with any of their physicians and won’t be disappointed with your experience."

"I'm not sure what happened 9 years ago to merit a couple of bad reviews, but this location has been nothing but kind and positive towards me during my pregnancy this year. The staff is wonderful & the nurses, doctors, and techs have all been upbeat and great. I would definitely recommend getting care here. Scheduling is always going to be a tricky game of Tetris regardless of where you go--but they work hard to try and fit you in as well as they can. You're all wonderful, thank you!"
