"I had my right shoulder repaired in October 2023 at KCOI. The facility is easy to access, clean and efficient. The Staff, Doctors and Nurses were all very professional, efficient, and friendly. I felt like I had much better care in this smaller surgery center than I would have had in a hospital. Dr Stiles was very patient while explaining the pre op procedure as well as the anesthesia. Her confidence put me at peace with the procedure and the surgery. I would highly recommend this facility if you need orthopedic surgery."

"Only thoughts are that all was preformed with professionalism and helpful knowledge at the institute. I was not told ahead of time for my MRI that I was drinking 2 bottles of a liquid and having a dye run through my veins. When asked what I needed to do on the phone they said, easy process and in and out in 15 minutes. Just drink plenty of fluids before come in. Not good advice since needed to drink those two bottles of liquid."

"Very well organized, from scheduling, pre-op calls with instructions, clear to after surgery instructions. My prescriptions had been sent the day before to my pharmacy which made for an easy transition home. All staff was attentive and gave the thorough descriptions of my procedure, including that anesthesiology portion..My only suggestion would be preemptively giving a list of what types of wound dressings might be needed at home. My instruction said it was fine to put on Band-Aids, but I did bleed through the first compression wrap and dressings and didn't think to have on hand materials in case I needed to re-wrap the wound"
