"I took in several items only to receive all of them back dirty. They pressed my dirty clothes and returned them. I took them back and they apologized and offered to clean them “again” and stated the owner would be handling it personally. I picked my clothes up again and found that only two of the items had been cleaned. They refused to give me a refund (nearly $80 I spent) and tried to convince me that my clothes were clean. I will never utilize their service again. They better hope my clothes are not ruined."
