"Online hours says open til 6pm, get here at 5:10 closed. Looked at the hours on the door, conveniently the closing hours are peeled off. Just the hour though not the minutes so it reads Whatever open time is, to _:00. Seriously? Leaving town before they open in the morning so I'm going with two less shirts thanks for that."

"Dropped off HS Band tux. It was supposed to be ready on Friday. It was not. Went back the following Monday and they just put a bag over it and gave it back to us. My wife noticed the shirt was really wrinkled and when we took the bag off it was quite evident, by sight and the smell, (HS boy, entire band season....) that they hadn't touched it! Took it to another dry cleaner in Ellisville and shared the story but not the name of the cleaner and they knew which cleaner it was from other complaints."
