"When my home was flooded due to a local appliance company installer not putting the washer drain pipe in the hole in the wall, I called Servpro. They were out in a couple of hours. They worked for hours removing wet laminate flooring, soaked installation and drywall. Set up fans and dehumidifiers in my kitchen and basement. A few days later most of my kitchen cabinets had to be removed from the wall too. They carefully moved everything and set it aside. Everyone was very professional. Josh gave me his business card and told me if I needed anything, to call him personally. He was very responsive to all my calls. Although I was not happy about my home being flooded after moving in just a week prior, Servpro made it better!
