"Did not clean well...I had to clean again...i paid about $500 to have to turn around and do that...this place should have been spotless...it was still dirty, they gave half an effort."

"Horrible conditions they screwed up a $50,000 floor for my family. Not to mention they steal from their employees never to pay them the correct amount of hours worked. Oh it gets worse, when someone with in Golden Rule was stealing money and they put the blame on not being able to profit....I see why. Worst company for cleaning never use them ever. Horrible management the owners have hideous attitudes there office isn't an office just a shell for something they're hiding or money laundering. I could go on and on but thus should suffice."

"The initial deep clean was not done well. The cleaners were feeling rushed to get to their next house, which was in a town some miles away. Some areas that were said to have been cleaned clearly were not. I sent an email asking for clarification on expectations so that we could resolve issues, since it was our first cleaning. And the deep cleaning was not deep. An item was damaged, as well. Long story short, once I finally reached a manager, two days before my second cleaning was scheduled, I learned that they decided we were not a good fit. From my perspective, because I said things were not cleaned (some puppy-nose-painted patio doors) and carpet wasn’t vacuumed, an oven wasn’t cleaned, etc. and the cleaner says they were (except the oven), I’m not a good fit. Since I know the difference between clean and not clean, I guess they are right. And they made the decision to drop me instead of trying to work with me two days before my first regular cleaning which is also four days before Christmas Eve when our entire family comes over to celebrate. Minutes after that disappointing call, I got a third email from the cleaner who was supposedly so upset she can’t clean our house anymore, and in perky words, it noted that I still hadn’t left a review. So, here I am. Thank you, Golden Rule, for treating me how you would the only reason I’m leaving this review is because want to be treated?"

"Addison was a delight, she came by herself and worked very hard throughout the day. She was even tipped due to her hard work and returned shortly after leaving when I noticed the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned at all and called. She did what she could as it was late and she had been working hard all day. I appreciate that. I was not as pleased with the kitchen, the wiping down and cleaning of all cabinets and drawers. For the amount that was paid and what was expected (a team) not a solo person covering the large square footage should have been here as that is what I was initially told when booking. I was informed the day of service it was only one person coming. I don’t want to have to go over a service that I’m paying for, in the kitchen I had to and thus the rating."
