"Took my bridesmaid dress here to be steamed and altered. Initial thoughts were to go somewhere else because of the poor/rude customer service but I needed it done in a timely manner. Needless to say my dress was better before the alterations. Very bad experience overall and I did not feel like my dress was altered professionally for the price I paid. Will not return."

"I took my 501 jeans to his business and ended up getting shrunk pants with discoloration. I went back to the business and told them how they messed up, and they refused to give me A refund and refused to pay the price of the pants. They said I was scaring their customers because I am a brown man. I kept trying to talk to the owner to see what he can do for me, but instead turn his back towards me and walked away to the back of the business. This place needs to work on their customer service and need to be on one page together. Please don’t go to this business and experience what I did"

"The worse experience I have ever had in a laundry mat. First me and my botlyfriend walk in with one basket already washed all we have to do is dry the clothes, out dryer currently out of commission. We put our clothes in the dryer and put $1.25 in the machine since it's was a 25¢ machine. The owner I assume runs up yelling saying "stop put money in". We said ok I'm sorry. Then we decide to then step outside while our clothes dry. We take two steps and she yells again "no one leave after 6.... you stay here". This lady literally made me feel so uncomfortable and unwanted, I will definitely never be back. Also the facility was disgusting, Dirty, and has the most out of date washing equipment you can buy. Most of them say out of order and most likely never get cleaned."
