"These guys cost me about $250 because they failed to report all required forms for our business tax return. We changed to a new accountant and they were able to get everything cleared up. However, they have consistently harassed me by phone, text, e-mail, and mail demanding money for services they did not provide."

"Will not return nor recommend for these reasons. We used them to file 20' and 21' years with W2's only and was absolutely shocked with the cost. First off when we dropped off our taxes with the consultation we were not told how much they charged and dodged my question on it then when having to hound them giving three times longer than told it would take we were told our total amount was just over $500 but when arriving we were told $1,200. The worst part is once we arrived at the front counter the secretary told us we owed $1,200 and just set all the folders on the counter with no explanation wanting us to sign off on everything. Had to ask if we owed anything or if we were getting a return and any questions we had could not be answered because the secretary had no idea. We then later found out they made a mistake on their end with our federal which affected our return amount and having to have our state resubmitted by another company because even though we pay the maximum amount in we ended up owing quite a large amount. We had a very difficult time getting a hold of anyone to discuss our taxes/issues and when one of the social numbers was wrong on the forms the secretary actually laughed. For $1,200 we expected a much higher level of professionalism and at least to sit down with a thorough explanation of our taxes and not what we got."

We would go weeks without any replies to our emails. When we got close to finishing everything to just stopped communicating. She was supposed to help us.
