"The Joplin Office lies about fees. They said the $24.18 charge was to pay over the phone and when I went in to use a card, they never said that the fee was for card usage. They claim the sign is visible, again it is not They’re very rude and Gina and Tracy both lied when I talked to them over the phone vs in person. I wouldn’t recommend them."
"I have been with Western Shamrock for a few years and since Tracy has been there it has been a lot of fun going in to pay my loan every mont, she always has a smile on her face and is willing to help however she can, she is a big asset for the company"
"Horrible experience! The lady at the Joplin, MO location, Tracy, is not very friendly, in fact, she has called & CUSSED us out more than once. I would not recommend this location to anyone! I don't know how she is still employed there. Something needs to be done. I wanna pay my loan but I refuse to deal with Tracy AT ALL!"
