"I wish I could give five stars but one of the balloons was a little deflated and missing the happy Valentine’s Day card. I am sure the card got lost in the chaos of Valentines deliveries but I paid a lot, so I guess you just expect everything to go well. I appreciate flowerama though for the high-quality flowers and their awesome customer service"

"I've used Flowerama a few times before, but this time they went above and beyond for our anniversary. I ordered flowers and a balloon to be delivered to my wife, and when the driver arrived she realized that the balloon must have a slow leak in it. Despite reassurance that it was alright from my wife, the driver returned shortly with a new balloon as well as candy for the kiddos! Well done, Flowerama! That's great customer service."
