"Dr and staff were great but the front appointment ladies are rude and worthless. Won't relay message to doctor. Won't call you back when they say they will. Also was given an estimate of charges for normal yearly exam for my cat and was charged over $100 more and wouldn't explain why when nothing extra had occurred or happened."
"I have brought a few dogs here over the past decade. I went and asked for some vaccination to be printed. They did not have them recorded. I also found that they did not have a record of my pup being sedated for and ear cleaning either. I will and I'm going to take my beloved pet somewhere else where that provides better customer service."

"I can’t say enough about the staff! My dog was hit by a car and was treated immediately. She didn’t make it but the staff gave us as much time and attention as possible when making decisions and saying goodbye.
