"Just had pool closed yesterday and they were on time when they said and explained their process to me and also showed me everything that I might want to repair for next year with a great price for the work. They even sent me pics of the repairs and also of each step they did during the close of the pool. Very happy we used Blue Dream!"

"Don't use this company! Very unprofessional. I had an appointment they did not show up for. I had to contact them. They said they would be out the next day and never showed up. I had to contact them. They promised a Friday arrival and repair of a leaking pipe. He arrived at 6:30pm and did not fix it the pipe that night. I agreed to a price and he has never contacted me back to arrange the repair. I am done with this company, do not use them!"

"This was really the only company i could find that would re-line above ground pools. They were very responsive when i inquired through Angi. David came out and gave me an in person quote the next day. They did a great job with the new liner and it looks awesome. However, i scheduled with them to come at 9:30am. I did not receive a text until 10am that they would be late. They showed up at almost 12 and did not have enough hose too drain water to the street. I was then scheduled for 9:30am the next day, and received no text, until i reached out at 10:45am asking when they would be there. Then was told it would be about another hour. They finally showed up at 1pm because they were using equipment on another pool. Which is fine if i was made aware without having to reach out. In addition they left the old torn up liner in my backyard for me to dispose of which was not communicated. I would say they definitely need to work on their communication and customer service. Other than that, they did a good job."
