"I bought the J-475 tub about 5 months before I could have it installed since my house wasn't due to be complete until Late September 2021. it was due to come in in June but actually got to the warehouse in early Sept-2021. The office staff was very professional and supportive of my inquiries during this process. The delivery crew showed up as a 2 man team, I thought they would be severely undermanned to get the Jacuzzi moved in and set up. Boy was i wrong! These guys have a slick process for moving these large 6 people tubs around. I watched as they took care with removing all the shipping material. I was definitely shocked at how easy they made it look, though i know it was heavy. They got the tub positioned were i wanted it. They then hooked up the 60AMP power circuit pigtail that i had had installed per instructions from the sales office. Once connected, they began to put the finishing touches, side, cover etc...while it began to fill with water. They did an excellent job! Once i began using my tub, i felt i was chasing the chemical levels back and forth so i stopped in the store to inquire. The staff was AWESOME and guided me through the proper concerns for the tub i purchased. This is my first jacuzzi tub and i definitely got great service for my money! I use the tub almost nightly, so thank you! I recommend this company!"
