"Waterline tile and caulking replaced. They showed up when they said they would. We did have them do a lot more grout cleanup. The second crew that came out had the right equipment to do a better job than the first crew that thought it was good enough."

"This company did a good job for the first 2 phases of our pool renovation. The 3rd phase they made the pool worse, there is a bigger leak in the pool, they damaged the paint in the pool and they will not fix the damages. There’s a leak coming from the new plumbing that has a cap that cannot be found anywhere. They did not fix our lawn that they damaged when they drove their trucks on it to get to the pool right after a rain. They did not fix a fence that they said they would do after they were done. They have not abided by their own contract for warranted work to be done. I have called, sent text messages and emails, they do not respond. If you are looking for a pool repair company, do not use this company. It will cost you more after they are done."

"Our pool guy retired this year so when the pressure gauge popped off our sand filter I started looking though my other pool contacts and selected Titan Aquatics. I'm very glad I did! The project started getting larger as we started to address fixing other pool issues that had been put off previously. Our 25 year old brick coping had started falling in a few years ago, which also holds up our automatic cover. Titan could get started right away, other companies couldn't start till fall and they were a little bit cheaper! Then I started looking at their reviews and got slightly worried: Either 5 stars or 1 star, if you're reading this now I can tell you the 1 star reviews seem to be written by crazy people to save you the trouble. Like “guy never called me back” or “they left trash.” Not only are these not one star review issues to me, my experience is the absolute opposite! Derrick usual got back to me within VERY quickly any time I had a question or issue. I always felt my concerns were addressed, and felt I was being fairly. The people that came out were very polite, kind and knowledgeable my sand filter got replaced with a cartridge one, my heater and pump were also replaced. (and they certainly cleaned up after themselves, no trash left behind!) But it was the pool remodel that interested me the most, and that I am the most impressed with. It took a while to get the tile picked and a few days for that to come in. They repainted the pool. I thought for sure it would need to be resurfaced plaster was peeling. They smoothed it out and painted it looks and feels amazing! The tile and coping was put in quickly and looks wonderful. My mother even said “You know I wasn't sure about this coping, but I think I might like it better than the brick.” High Praise. While I didn't like the days I had to wait for stuff, there's no avoiding that, it was only because we were waiting for something to come in or to cure. I never felt like my business wasn't a priority. I couldn't be more happy with the results or service I got from Derick at Titan Aquatics and would recommend them to friends or anyone looking for a pool company."

"This company will not show up or even return phone calls. We hired them to fox pool lights and they scheduled us to come out and start work then never showed up. I called and text Derrick several times. He never answered the phone or text back. The most unprofessional company I have ever tried to use."
