"This pool company is a joke. Stay away or ask for multiple references, and don't pay them a dime until they actually complete your pool. The owner Joe, is a blowhard who tries to intimidate the customer after he was hired. His employees and/or subcontractors were also rude and disrespectful. We not only paid twice as much as the original quote, but we had to hire a different pool company (and plumber and concrete company), to fix all of the problems and huge mess they left behind. We wouldn't refer this pool company to even install an above ground pool, which represents their level of competency and lack of professionalism."
