"I had Gaylen plumbing come to fix a sink leak and water filling up both sinks in the kitchen...They were fine until about a week later when both sinks were filling up again. He said that if it is a drain cleaning to call Bowers in Carthage because Galen Pluming doesnt warranty any drain cleaning....I called and told the owner that the sink was backing up again and she practically called me a liar saying that none of her workers would have ever recommended another company.....However the same guy came out again (without charge), is what the owner kept telling me.And the second time he said he didn't do the unclogging because he didnt think it was needed but this time he seemed to unclog it....However. Same thing happened again. I called again and told the owner and again she said that her workers would never recommend another company and then told me that I must have FORGOTTEN that I used another plumber besides them and they don't have any warranty for any drain cleaing and recommended that I call ANOTHER PLUMBER.....the owner is rude, practically called me a liar and then recommended another plumbing company, just like the plumber who came out to fix my sinks and she told me that NONE of her staff would ever recomment another plumbing company...WORST BUSSINESS ....FORGET THEM"

"I have used Next Generation for years for all of my plumbing needs. Recently due to the amount of rain we’ve had, my basement flooded. Next Generation came right out with a sump pump and cleared the water out. Next step will be a permanent sump pump installation. I have confidence they will do an excellent job with that also. "I would recommend Next Generation Gaylen Plumbing to anyone in the service area. I had a failing control valve on my water heater. Rather than replace that part and move on, they were able to tell that my water heater was 13+ years old, and recommended a replacement. They did not push for the replacement and were happy to replace only the faulting part, but provided their professional opinion that a new water heater would be the way they'd go. After deciding to go with a new water heater, they were able to drain the old, go buy the new water heater and parts, pull out the old, and install the new all within around an hour or so. No mess left behind and the installation looks very well done. We were very appreciative of the quick turnaround and expertise."

"We were told that we had a leak under the house and we didn't know what was causing it. We made the mistake of calling Gary McKinney first, and were sorely disappointed with his service. Not knowing where else to go, we gave Next Generation a call. We had such a pleasant experience with this company! The woman who scheduled the appointment was nice and knowledgeable! She got me scheduled quickly, and with a 7:30 am appointment (No 2 hour window, and it worked perfectly with my schedule). The tech who came out was very helpful and thorough. He explained what was causing my leak and was in and out in an hour. The billing was straight forward and fair. It is safe to say that we will be contacting Next Generation for any of our future plumbing needs. I strongly recommend this company!"
