"This morning when we walked in three young associates were more interested in visiting behind the counter than even attempting to greet customers. Instead of asking if we needed help we had to wait and ask ourselves for help. We were then walked to the product’s area and it was pointed to and they walked away. Not one word was said to us or if we had any questions. I know the associates are young, but come on! Then we had to return the product about a hour and half later…No refund, just that they would void the sale. We do have the credit receipt, but the sale has not been credited back to our bank account. This was not a good experience at all. In the past we have called over the phone with questions, during the week and this was of course a Saturday, and received great customer service…Just didn’t today."

"My mother brought our dog into the grooming area next door and said not to cut the hair off the body and just a light trim. We did not get what we asked for. Very very bad job. The pet supply part is great but the groomers are horrible and my dog had a nick on her face...My dog is Petrified now to go near the building and whimpered all the way home... Dog has been in 3 times in the last 5 months. Sabrina did not call nor communicated with us before deciding to shave her.. The manager of the store called my mother a liar, belittled her and said "people like you shouldn't have pets" and followed her out of the store. Very dispicable behavior on a customer. Will be contacting the owner! Obviously the manager doesn't care about the grooming. Beware!"

"I absolutely loved this place, there was so much to see, the aisles are loaded with so many awsome things and I was able to get my pet's meds as well, the staff was super friendly, and did I mention there is alot to see, I'm definitely going back, I'm sure I missed a few things"
