Since then I have had all my cars and homes insured through his agency office, my jewelry and life. We have had a few claims over the years and never had any issue. The corporate claims people were easy to deal with. The office staff is amazing. James Jr. Is great to deal with. I will never go elsewhere. UPDATE: Jim Webster and his team recently went ABOVE AND BEYOND on a claim I had. They served as liaison to SF corporate and got the claim paid. The Jim Webster team provided solid customer service. Rare in our world and from an insurance company."

They don't return calls, don't file important paperwork (SF ended up canceling our home owners because for two months headquarters was trying to get in touch with this office b/c the underwriter had questions. Know how it was fixed? WITH ONE PHONE CALL!) and one agent even lied straight to my face (and in front of her boss of course) about something she told me on the phone.
