"if i could give zero star i would. i still have a problem with them. i refused to go back to any Crown Vision, my glasses and lens all wrong. i have not been back since last year. they have nerve to sent me something about eye exam. i pay a lot of money bad service, bad glasses and lens."

"They were rude and were blaming me for not making the right type of appointment. There isn't an option for a diabetic appointment online. Don't use these people go somewhere else."

"Had a good experience until I picked up my glasses. I initially chose something,but all of the ladies overwhelmed me with unsolicited opinions of what they thought I should get to match my shirt,as if it were the only shirt I owned. I agree to their choice because I was overwhelmed. I picked them up today and got a pair that wasn’t my initial choice,or the ones chosen for me. It was a completely different pair. Now I’m wondering if I have the correct lenses,although I could live with the wrong frames."
