"Fairly negative experience. Multiple people saw me waiting for several minutes, but no one acknowledged my presence until I waved them down. They quoted me a price for a corsage - $40 (which was higher than the website advertised - $35). When I agreed, she still seemed disinterested in fulfilling the order. Eventually another person noticed me still waiting and finally came and took the order."

"I called on 5/3/21 to place a fresh flower arrangement to be delivered to my daughter. She is a teacher at Sunset Valley and this week is Teacher Appreciation Week. The employee I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. At 3:00, the same day, I received a call from the floral department. Due to the lateness of the day, Candace (I believe that is her name) wanted to know if I would rather the arrangement be delivered on Tuesday so my daughter could enjoy the flowers throughout the day. This gesture of taking the time to call me and ask for my preference was much appreciated. Today my daughter received the flowers and sent me a photo. Hyvee Floral went above and beyond. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous. I can’t thank you enough."

"We ordered our wedding flowers through Hyvee and if I had the opportunity to do it over again I would not. I am giving two stars because the flowers seemed like they were good quality but they were not at all what we had discussed or our style. My bouquet was also huge.This was really disappointing because I made sure to tell them I did not want a big bouquet because it was not my style. I assume some of the issue were caused because they switched management during our wedding planning. Regardless, with both managers I was made to feel uncomfortable for trying to double check exactly what we were ordering. If you are thinking of ordering through them simply for the catering discount it is not worth it."

"I was hesitant about booking floral for my wedding with Hy-Vee, but my fears were unfounded with the Hy-Vee Floral in Lee’s Summit (NE Rice Rd). Floral manager Katie did an outstanding job, our floral was way better quality than we anticipated. Katie was great about working with us to get in-season floral within our price range. The bouquets turned out much bigger than we expected, but they were stunning in pictures! Pick-up was easy and convenient the morning of the wedding."
