"I have been working with them for the past year and a half and they tell you the honest truth and their prices are great. Example today is I wanted to buy some fall plants to put in and possibly put in a tree but he told me no Tom you can't do that if you don't want to stand there and water. So during the winter I don't want to do that. So what he's going to do is he sending this people out today to measure things and then he's going to look for a tree for me for next year and the really big thing that I thought was pretty cool I just hate it. "If it were not for the helpful and courteous employees who work for this company, I would have given it zero stars. I purchased some mulch and had it delivered to my house. One of the owners of the company, Eric, who is the youngest brother, came out to do this. He was very rude and condescending. I asked for it to be delivered to a certain spot in the driveway, as close to the garden, if not on top of it, since it was right off of it. First there was no greeting from him, smile, or anything. When I asked him to dump it in a certain spot he said he couldn't do it. saying it would ruin one of tree branches....it was small and dead anyway and I didn't mind at all. From there things went downhill. If he was understanding, polite, and not try to belittle me....I would have accepted his answer and moved on. During our "discussion", he called me "hun." I told him I was no his hun and to not degrade a woman who doesn't agree with you. He said he calls female customers hun all the time. That is completely different than when you are having a heated discussion and trying to put them in their "place." By this time, the mulch was dumped and told him to leave my property. He then pulled his truck forward a little bit, looked inside the trailer, and saw there was about 1/2 cup of mulch left. He lowered it down again and tapped on the trailer to get the last little remnants out....not even close to the pile that was there. I have only written good reviews on companies before and even if I wasn't too fond of someone's service, I never had left a bad one at all. He will probably try to rebuke this review but this is the truth, no matter how he tries to spin it. This owner was not a good example at all to this family-owned business and probably should not be around too many customers...especially female."

"This is my favorite local nursery; not only are the flowers healthy and plentiful, the family and employees are so friendly and helpful. I can't think of anything I've asked for that they haven't had. I stock my vegetable garden and spring flowers here every year. I also have used their landscaping rocks and outdoor water plants - always satisfied and the prices are very reasonable. My leashed (easy going) dog loves to sniff the flowers while I shop around."

"Bought a Cherry Kwanza April 2021. It came with no warranty; they planted it for me. It had a brief flowering in May/June 2021 then started to die. I used the recommended root stimulator and watered per their instructions. I dug up the dead tree this weekend and the root ball still had a wire mesh on it keeping the roots from growing and taking hold. It didn’t have a chance to survive. I called and they weren’t too concerned since there was no warranty. I understand about the warranty but I also paid for the planting and it wasn’t done correctly IMO."
