"Very impressed with Craig plumbing. We called Friday and the lady who answered was so nice and friendly. Told her our issues and if they could send someone Monday before noon. Ryan showed up by 11:30 and was amazing. He really listened to the issues we were having and came up with a plan of action. He made sure before he left that everything was working as it should. I was amazed when I got home from work(my husband was home at the time) how clean everything was, the last plumber from a different company left my bathroom a total disaster. So glad we went with Craig plumbing and he sent Ryan. Would definitely recommend them and Ryan."

"Fast an friendly service. Made sure everything was fixed before leaving. Explained everything that needed to be fixed with a reasonable price. Will definitely be calling again when I need a plumber again."

"Crooks. Installed a new water heater. Never worked from day one. Called multiple times. Was told someone would be out the next day. No one showed. No one called to say oh we can't make it but we'll be there on X day. This occurred several times. After the 3rd separate instance of them no show/no call, me calling the office, the office saying they'd be there the next day, I gave up."

"Wow. Show up at after 330 to be told by the technician that oh I could pull the toilet but I have to pick my kid up at five and to use the clean out valve requires a second technician so we need to reschedule for sometime in the morning. This after two days with no functioning sewer service. Why did you even show up if you knew you weren't going to do the job? Ummm, I'm a substitute teacher, I know what time schools let out. I also know that yalls operating hours are until 5. Was this coincidence?"

"I wasnt going to post anything after my experience with Craig back in May. The plumber sent out was not capable of diagnosing my issue and did not resolve the squeal coming from my main water line. He was here for almost an hour and as mentioned did not resolve the issue. The next day I called a different plumber and they resolved the issue within 15 minutes. What has now prompted me to write this review, I paid my invoice back in June and today, Sept 7 I get a call stating I did not pay my invoice. I have located my bank statement that shows my FULL payment in June this year. Not sure whats going on, but clearly this company is struggling"
