"Awful awful. Run away. I worked with gentleman for years.....until I wanted to cancel me car insurance. He told me it was canceled but I noticed they kept taking the money out monthly. I called and emailed and he told me would cancel it and get me a refund. .....a year goes by of me calling or emailing biweekly. He would respond on occasion and said he needed me to resend him paperwork...I did..then I got a refund check for three of the months. I call and email again. He tells me he will correct it....never happened. I eventually just gave up. Don't waste your time."
