"I am disappointed with the bail I added to my Heart Pendant. It is much smaller than shown on their website. I posted a picture for you to see. You can barely see what color the birth stone is. For the price I paid it is absolutely disappointing. I contacted customer service. Their solution was to send it back and they would remove the bail and refund my money. I was considering doing so, but since I had my son's fingerprint on the front I was concerned about getting the correct heart pendant back. The heart pendant with the fingerprint is beautiful the bail is the issue here. I just wanted to share this so others can decide for themselves. Very disappointed, Jane Simoneaux"
