"This was the absolute worst expirience I had at a dress store. We came in early for our appt and looked around until our time. Once our time came no one introduced themselves to us and Geri just said “have your family help you in them”. Maybe I misunderstood going to a dress store but I would have figured they would help you put on the dresses and get them pinned and altered. I had to walk out without any clips or anything, exposed because no workers were willing to help. I left after trying on 3 dresses realizing if you can’t have them clipped to see what they would actually look like there was no reason to be there. No one said goodbye to us or anything. Ruined my whole day!"

"We had a very disappointing experience today. The girl never introduced herself, she just told us to go pick 7 dresses to start and then she went and sat down. As the mother of the bride, the girl expected me to help my daughter try dresses on, while she just sat there. The girl working there did nothing to make my daughter feel beautiful and special. She didn’t help find dresses in the styles my daughter was interested in at all. My daughter left in tears and upset. I don’t recommend Wedding Expressions by Geri unless you want a terrible experience and no help making the most important day of your life enjoyable!"

"My experience here was everything I could have wanted. Geri was attentive, knowledgeable, and more than accommodating. She had an employee out sick that day but you would have never known it. She has a very large variety of dresses for whatever your style and she helped me picked something but then customize to get it to what I wanted. She let me indulge in dresses that I wasn’t sure I would like but wanted to try just in case. I came in with some anxiety worried I wouldn’t be able to find what I wanted or it would be too expensive, but we found my wedding dress in just an hour or two, right in budget, and everything I could have dreamed of for my wedding dress!"

"My first appointment to try on wedding dresses, they had sent everyone home for the day and forgot about my appointment, so it was less than "special." However, I found my dress. It came in within a couple weeks which was great. My first fitting went well....then I got my dress back and oh boy. Where do I begin? The dress length was 1/2in shorter at least on one side than the other. Not even sure how that's possible or how you mess it up that bad. Then, the dress that was once way too big, was ridiculously tight. The fabric was pulling and couldn't even zip it up. I also mentioned the cups being too big and showing my chest with minimal movement. They disregarded that complaint in both follow-up visits. They "fixed" the dress....It is still shorter on one side than the other, but not quite as noticeable. The were able to take out their previous alterations to make it fit better. But I was still charged $400 for these terrible alterations..... I also ended up having to take it to another seamstress to fix their mistakes which cost me another $220. The lady who does your fittings isn't the person altering it even though she speaks as if she is. Overall, I was really disappointed. It was not a good experience and I have been so frustrated with the whole process. The pictures show the dress pinned before it was altered....and what it looked like after. TERRIBLE"
