"I was greeted immediately after walking in the door. Samira helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was so helpful and kind. She asked if it was my birthday month, and it was, so I got 50% off of one of my items and 25% off of my other item! Great experience at this store."

"Not my first time in this particular KS store but it may be my last. I was pleasantly surprised to see they weren’t very busy for a Saturday afternoon. I browsed through most of the store for at least 10 minutes. It was easy to see that there were plenty of employees on duty but only one was actually helping a customer. Not once did one of the staff members acknowledge me when I walked in or approach me to see if I needed assistance. I had every intention of making a purchase but when it became apparent I wasn’t successful in getting their help, I chose to leave. In reading the reviews, it is apparent that this particular Kendra Scott store may need to examine their employees’ customer service practices. I am completely surprised by this poor service (actually, lack of) and will do as another reviewer and buy on-line."

"I typically shop online for Kendra Scott, but my daughter and I were in the area so we stopped in. This was our first and last time ever in this establishment! The line was extremely long and when we were next up, one of the cashiers left so she wouldn’t have to serve us and when we got to the cash register she came up and asked to help the next customer in line. I don’t know her name, but she had dark hair and a white sweater vest. I really hope she learns a lesson on customer service to ALL customers! The girl that helped us was nice, but overwhelmed. I asked her if we could use our 15% coupon and she said she didn’t think so. I asked her if she could check since we have waited for so long and turns out we could. So she rings it in and we were owed $13 and some change, she said she would put it on a gift card because they didn’t have cash. At this point I was very much over the experience and asked for a total refund in which she still struggles to meet that even when we handed her exact cash. Now I’m headed home to shop online. Merry Christmas."

"My husband and I were Christmas shopping at Kendra Scott at town center in Leawood. Gracie was amazing helping us find our jewelry and take advantage of the awesome sales that were going on! She also took the time to untangle a necklace I had brought in that I could not get untangled, which was above and beyond! All the while she answered questions and Assisted other customers and staff. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient in her service."
