"The new manager was extremely rude to my children. She made them cry - to the point they are scared to go back in. Claire’s TownCenter used to be a weekly thing for my kids to spend their allowance. Sad to say we won’t be spending at this location. We miss Melissa!!"

"The staff were friendly when I took my daughter in for her second piercings. The selection was what you'd expect from a Claire's, but it was clean and we were made to feel welcome. Don't spend the money on the upsale for special cleaner after a piercing, though; it isn't worth it."
