"I’ve been a customer of this agency for over 15 years and am no longer a customer. The level of professionalism by Brad and the staff is unbelievable. I contacted them to change my policy and was presented with an extremely high rate with no explanation of the plan and was told there was absolutely no way of modifying the policy. I decided to look elsewhere and found a company with more coverage for nearly a quarter of what AmFam wanted. I contacted Brad Keller last month to cancel my plan and explain to him the unprofessional ways I was treated by his staff and he did not seem to care. He cancelled my policy and told me auto payments would be stopped. On the second they took out another auto payment for this current month and while I called the branch they did not offer help and just referred me to their 800 number. After speaking with the HQ they said that Brad in fact did not stop future payments to my account. I spoke with Brad one last time to see why he told me it was stopped when in fact he did not process it and I was told that he deals with too many policies to keep up with mine and hung up on me. Unbelievable! Go anywhere else but this branch!"

After one claim on a car that was stolen we were told they were canceling our insurance. Insurance and the customer service that comes with it are totally worthless if you are canceled when you use it.
