"My experience with Duck’s, as always, was wonderful, they were quick to respond to my email, and I sent it at 5AM, to the amazing lady that called me (sorry, forgot her name) to schedule me for a same day cleaning, to Robert that did an amazing job cleaning our carpets, the whole experience was great. My appointment was at 2:30, Robert got there on time, and my carpets were almost completely dry by the time I got home at 5.
