"MAKE SURE YOU GET A QUOTE FIRST!!! We brought in a couple of table cloths to be dry cleaned. When we went to pick them up, we were told it would be about $160 for the cleaning. We only paid about $40 total for the table cloths so we told them to just keep them. After a bit of back and forth with (possibly the owner?) we ended up paying much less (though still more than the original purchase) just to be done with the situation. I won't use this place again, which is sad as from what I can tell they're really the only place nearby."

"An absolutely horrible experience. Brought my antique 100% silk shirt here, spent money for them to clean it properly, and they burnt it. Showed it to them, had to go to the store repeatedly until something was done. (Yes, I brought my receipt and even photos of the day I brought the shirt and the day I received it.) After saying they would give me a store discount or reimbursement, they refused to get in contact with me for months. I finally got in contact with the owner, after constant attempts. They said they would reimburse me, and still, I was never given the reimbursement for the shirt. That was a shirt that cannot be repurchased anywhere, because it was antique. Very disappointed because on the call with the owner, they seemed very genuine and honest, yet they completely lied and have not done a thing."

"Worst cleaners I’ve ever used. Broke an expensive pin on my dress uniform for the military, lost one of the buttons on the uniform and never told me about either issue. I tried calling 3 times and left two voice mails and never got a single call back. Will not use ever again."
