The owners tone was very rude & was very short & sharpe with her conversation & she did not even consider serving me as a customer. She stated she was busy with other things & didn’t have time to assist me with sizing adjustments for my watch. Horrific & outright terrible customer service."

"This is my second time coming to Jacque at McKibbon Jewelers to fix the clasp on a necklace I have worn daily for the last 26 years that was given to me by my mother when I was 14 years old. The last time I had the clasp replaced was about 10 to 12 years ago, and I was so nervous to leave it somewhere to be fixed. I had first went to a bigger chain store and they told me they would have to mail it out to be fixed, so when I came to see Jacque and she said she would fix it on site, it helped relieve my anxiety. The turn around last time was fast even though we had to order the new clasp, and this time was even faster (only one day) because she already had the clasp on hand. Even with her being busy with holiday orders, she had the time to fix something so sentimental to me, which is very appreciated."
