"My neutral rating is only because the cashier this young lady made the difference today she was super nice, other then that that 2 white girls stocking today 4/1/2023 at 6:50pm should get fired lacking with customer service skills using profanity words like this was a ghetto bar! And not a convenient store. I was asked to leave if I didn’t like it, like who is going to pay for your pay check silly girls!!!"

"I use to love coming to this particular Dollar Tree however, this store has really been lacking in quality customer service. Arrived at this location a little after 9:00 am. Doors were locked and people were moving around inside. Knocked for a moment and finally someone came to the door. They store clerk stated "They have to get the store together". I asked how long would it take to get the store together? The clerk turned around and asked the manager "How long would it take to get the store together?" The manager simply stated "I don't know". Wow.... No apology for the inconvenience or any other explanation. Keep in mind they did not have the consideration to post a sign on the door to let consumers know they are closed. Numerous customers were outside visibly upset. It's almost 9:40 a.m. as I write this review, and this location is still closed. I fully understand some stores having issues due to the pandemic. On the other hand, I refuse to understand how rude people are treating each other these days. When you have a job in customer service, that means you need to perform quality customer service. It's Monday morning. Since this location does not open until 9:00 a.m, arrive at your store ahead of time to get the store together. Furthermore, treat consumers with respect when they come to your door expecting your business to be open. Especially when those same consumers are treating you with respect. In addition, be grateful that consumers are still utilizing and supporting your store, instead of spending their money at some of the big box stores located nearby. Update August 14, 2022: I could care less about the hours at this location. I just confirmed through a construction team that they are laying the foundation for a New Dollar Tree store in Leavenworth."

"Staff at THIS location, NOT the 1 off Shawnee Mission Drive, are ALWAYS ALWAYS nice and helpful! Been going since 2017 and have literally never had a staffer be rude! Even in the midst of chaos of million customers demanding a million things. I personally feel they are always understaffed, putting more stress on the workers:yet they've ALWAYS been nice & helpful! GREAT JOB!!! BUT UPER MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO HIRE MORE STAFF!!!"

"This location is always a mess! Several of the shelves are empty and carts of boxes everywhere. I have been in many dollar tree stores and ours is the worst! The staff is not the problem, It's having enough employees to work. Please hire more help so we can have a neat & fully stocked store."
