"They recently came out to replace a gutter another company had installed on a barn we had built less than 2 years ago. It was the same crew that put gutters on another building of ours about 5 years ago. A company that keeps the same crew for years and does great work is doing something right. Doug was easy to work with and explained why the other company's guttering had failed. Doug's crew was great, they explained the work, what was needed and more importantly, what was not needed. Highly recommend."

"I used them a few years a few years ago to install guttering. It wasn't until recently that I noticed they cut corners. I subsequently have woodrot on my deck. Update to owner response: Well if you would've checked your worker's work then you would've noticed that instead of using an elbow they cut the run and bent it which left a hole in the gutter and allowed water to drain directly onto our deck. So yes, woodrot does take time to happen but it's expedited by poor work like this. You may want to have a supervisor check all the finished work for quality control. Also, I did contact your company to have someone come out and take a look at it but no one ever came out to look or repair anything. I ended up fixing the deck myself before selling our house. Won't be using Wallis again especially if there isn't any accountability or ownership of the problem."

"December 2017 they put up my guttering. I had to have them come back to try to repair a couple things. Then again I had asked for them to come out they did not respond in 2018. I'm still waiting for a phone call for them to show up. I continue to have puddles pooling because they did not run guttering past the drip edge of my roof. They ran a downspout over the top of my lower bathroom and it is never been connected properly it's stuck on top of another piece of guttering so therefore water runs over the top of the gutter towards my foundation instead of away. It was not previously ran that way. My guttering was never hung to drain properly so it pools in different places in the guttering itself. End caps continue to drip as they were not sealed properly. I went with this company because it was a local business I was trying to keep money in the community. I would never recommend them to anyone. I'm not sure in December 2017 who they employed but they were definitely not professional employees. And the owners and office staff are non-responsive. I left a message today because of another storm and I ask that they respond now. the guttering that was improperly installed. I will not try to attach pictures. I tried and it deleted my entire review. I wish I knew how to do reviews online back then, I am still not tech savvy."

"Called for the free estimate as per instructed on their web site. Setup an appointment and a couple days later we met up and received a quote including having gutters guards installed. He stated it would be up to 4-5 weeks because they're busy. I said, that's fine. The next day I called their office to approve the quote, and the lady stated the install would happen in 3 weeks. I replied, that it wasn't a rush. Less than 1 week later, they were at my house installing our gutters. After the install, I walked around the house admiring the install, and found no traces that they were even there doing the installation (no screws or trash was left in the yard). Definitely recommend them."
