"A-Rite did a great job with our plumbing repairs. Everything works now, and for a reasonable price. We’ll definitely call them again if we’re need further plumbing service down the road, and highly recommend their work."

"I would give them negative stars if I could. I called to schedule a warranty fixes. I called on a Thursday and the secretary said they had time Friday morning they would schedule me. I canceled other things to be home and they never showed. I called multiple times Friday and 7 hours after she said we were scheduled I finally got an answered call. They then said they never scheduled me, she just, “felt bad for me having issues and tried to squeeze me in. Someone called in so they couldn’t make it happen” no call to cancel or reschedule. They then confirmed an actual appointment Monday morning. They came Monday and I just asked them to explain the water line and fix the warranty items. The water line wouldn’t easily come off so I didn’t want to start yanking on it if they had sealed it or it connected inside. They removed it. Then i went to answer the door for an Evergy worker. While I was showing the Evergy man they said they were done and leaving. Didn’t have me sign anything or check it. When they left I went to check and they had installed something I didn’t ask them to on my toilet and cut my water line. So I had to take off the extra parts and had a water line that no longer fit right. I called them back and they put a different one on. I now, weeks later get an invoice for a service call for over $165. For them installing parts I didn’t want in there, cutting my water line so I HAD to replace it, then billing me for something I didn’t even want done. Cannot recommend. Would not recommend."

"Scheduled an appt. with A Rite and no one showed up to the appt. Waited 30 minutes and still no one. Have called back to reschedule over 5 times and no one has answered...Would never use them. Unprofessional"

"I had a 35-year-old residential water heater that finally sprung a small leak. I called A-Rite because they had done good work on a commercial building we remodeled and expanded about 8 years ago. They make it very easy to do business with them. They were willing to schedule us the afternoon I called because they had an opening, but I said it was not a crisis so we scheduled for the afternoon of the next day. They called me at work when they were headed to our home, that way I didn't have to waste time waiting around at home for a 2-4 hour window, which is what some companies do. They explained what needed to be done and provided an all-inclusive quote that was competitive. They installed the new water heater within hours and left the place without a sign that they were there. The place was clean and secured. I have no hesitation recommending A-Rite."
