"Very disappointed. Our mini Aussiedoodle was groomed at the Lee’s Summit crossing store. Paid 70.00 in total. We paid for bath, nail trim, and cut. Our dog came home dirty - obviously not bathed. He must have been spritzed with something because we didn’t initially notice until we got home that he was dirty. I will not be returning. That was an expensive tab for having to turn around and bathe my dog myself."

"Convenient, good hours, large selection. A little pricey but fairly inline. Dislike seeing an online only deal when looking up more info on a product. Can you not make an instore scannable coupon so I don't have to make an instore pickup order while instore to get a discount then wait for the associate to gather the items I already have wasting both our time?"

"This review is for grooming. I went once and had a bad experience. After a deshedding grooming appointment my dog was still shedding a ton. I could lightly pinch her fur and pull put a ton of hair. To the point another groomer told me it was unacceptable and took her back to brush her more. They even offered me a complimentary grooming session if I ever chose to come back. Took a couple months but I finally went back to see if it was better. It was not. Same experience. Only this time the groomer told me it was "normal for that much loose hair to be present because of the shampoo we use." This was after me standing there, demonstrating how much hair came off her each time i lightly pinched her fur and lifted my fingers. If there is that much hair left on a dog right after grooming it probably means they need to be brushed more. I am also including a photo of the amount of hair I got after brushing her for 5 minutes the night of her grooming appointment. Her appointment was done around 1 pm and I brushed her around 9 pm. And this is just after 5 minutes and she is no where near done with needing brushed. If I have to groom my dog the same day my dog was already groomed that is ridiculous. I would not recommend petco grooming to anyone."

"Mikey from the Aquatics department has put a lot of effort into making the aquarium selection stand out amongst the rest of the fish stores here in KC. He is incredibly knowledgeable and he is able to take care of a plethora of fish and creatures that need different care. Whether you have fresh water or salt water, this is great place to check out. He even had coral for sale! They put creative set ups in the tanks adding a more appealing view. Even if you aren't into having fish, there are a ton of exotic fish we didn't even know existed so it was an experience just seeing them."
