"Will never buy here again. I have ordered a lot of coral online, and this was by far the worst customer service experience I have had. Long story short I had an order show up with 66 degree water. One of the corals was definitely dead. It happens, I contacted them via FB messenger because that’s what they prefer. I asked for a phone number which he just ignored me. They apologized and said send a picture. He told me they would replace it but I have to pay freight. I figured no big deal I will add a few corals again because I have to pay freight. Did another auction bought more coral. When I got the invoice they had added an item I didn’t even bid on that night. When I asked about it he went into this big speech how he loses money on shipping so there’s a minimum. Not sure how that justifies randomly charging me for a coral I didn’t want. Anyway I’m still out the dead coral I gave up trying to work with them. Good luck don’t buy anything expensive."

They care about their customer base which is amazing you don't get help like that from other places. They have weekly auctions which bring together some pretty cool people that are in the hobby.
