"Do not rent from them! They bought the apartment building on 1st and yes that building needs a lot of work, but there are apartments that have flooded so bad it’s into other apartments. This has went on before and after they bought it. Carpets soaked, walls soaked, stuff ruined, kids getting sick.. their solution.. we will put in another apartment but only after you fill out another rental application with a fee per person and we will also raise your rent $10! Where is that fair?? City won’t step in. They said they would but the landlords could evict you. They couldn’t stop it. What good is it to have county officials?"

"Okay our dryer vent has got issues. I called three places and got no response. Then I called this place and got a wonderful voice on the other end saying that they could help! Just a couple hours later the owner came by and told us everything we needed to hear. Hey folks We're getting a new dryer vent from outside wall to the back of our dryer on Wednesday!! The old one was put in 1953!! Plus the bonus is that they also clean dryer vents!! So later on we won't have to struggle finding someone to do it!! One stop shopping for us!!"
