"This location is a franchise store. They charge you MORE for the same services found at the Gladstone and other locations. This wasn’t explained to my wife so she ended up paying 3 TIMES the amount she usually does for the same services in their corporate location. Poor store policy, jacked up prices.. well go to a different pet store from now on."
"Definitely don’t recommend this location. Will be driving to north oak, recently visited where they had a bin of mixed toys listed for $5.98 when it rang up a different price I asked if they would honor the price as there were multiples in that bin and later was contacted by the store owner who said there was another sign on the bin that we just couldn’t see. Which is strange, as the clerk removed all of them from the bin, and didn’t see a different price sign herself. Dishonest owner."
