"Always friendly staff, clean, organized. They have watched our dog for us on numerous occasions without issue. She always seems happy to go back so I'd imagine they take care of the animals as stated. They offer grooming services as well and always seem to do well with that. I will continue to bring my dog here as long as they are around."

"We purchased a tortoise from them at a reptile show in Minnesota. From the time of purchase, we could not get the little guy to eat. After trying to contact the store with no response, on multiple occasions the little guy passed away seven days later. We do not recommend this store or vendor if you see them at a show."

"I bought a bearded dragon for my son in early October. The poor little guy didn't really seem ok. Sometimes he would eat, and other times he wouldn't. The dragon died 10 days later. When I called to see what they could offer me, I was told there were no refunds per their policy. I told the woman that I did not receive the policy (even though I asked for it at the time of purchase) and would like to receive a call from the owner. I did not hear back from anyone, so I emailed, again zero response. I prefer shopping at locally owned small businesses, but I can not recommend this shop. PetSmart offers a 14 day unconditional return policy."

"I've been going to Jason's stores for years now. I've bought rats, mice, snakes, arachnids, and many other things from him. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He has excellent staff also. I've watched him move up and up. I would recommend his services and store to anyone. Hands down the best pet store around."
