"The most ridiculous process I have ever seen. Been out of work due to non work related injury for 7 weeks and still have not recieved a single pay check for my short term disability. They keep pushing me off every time I get ahold of a person."
"If i could i would give no stars. I've delt with Unum on at least 10 different occasions for different things. They do not move in any sort of quick/timely manner. They cause unneeded stress for someone already going through something stressful. They often make you go on a merry go round for no reason to try to get anything done. My doctors dislike having to work with Unum just as much as I do."

"Every time I try to log in, it says, "we are currently unable to log you in. We are aware of the issue and are working to get service restored. " For the last year! I have screenshots every time. So I downloaded the app like i was advised to do, and it won't go past the log in screen. You put in your password and it takes you back to the main log in page. Every time. So here I sit, on hold, to try and report an absence. So inconvenient and frustrating!"
"I gave the company my current address and they sent my payment to a 3 year old address. My paperwork was correct and Unum messed it all up. I am very dissatisfied with their service5."
