"They represent shady landlords that seem to sue alot of tenants for false claims. I am one of those! Fabricating accounts of months I didnt even live there that they said I owed money on. Also accounting spreadsheets of my stay at the apartment that were correct starting the claim and magically changed 6 months later to reflect the ironeous months i didnt live there. Not only was their client dirty but they knew the data chamged and still fought the amount. I know i was the "guilty" party in the case thats not a dispute."
