"This shop will actually FIX your bicycle!!! I like vintage road bikes, I first tried to take my 1975 Schwinn to a shop here in Fayetteville - all they wanted to do was trash talk my bike, pick on me for showing up with it, and try to sell me something brand new. From the second I walked in the door at OZ, Kevin listened to my questions and concerns, and kept me posted every step of the way on the rebuild. The bike looks and rides beautifully and I couldn’t be happier. They took it all the way down to the frame, did all the bearings that I was concerned about, and wrapped the bars with some of the nicest tape I’ve ever felt. If you want your bicycle serviced without having to listen to an aggressive and rude sales pitch first, this is the shop to go to. I’ll definitely be back!"

"UPDATED REVIEW: Kevin, Brian, and the team at Oz Bike are freaking amazing! My wife and I bought two bikes from them, and we will be lifelong customers. I purchased an Aventon Level 2 bike a few months ago and loved it from day one, and recently got a custom trike for my wife. A little backstory: my wife has Multiple Sclerosis, so we haven't been able to ride together for a few years. Kevin and his team put in DAYS of research to find the perfect solution for us, and they did not disappoint. They customized a Fat Tad Trike with e-assist and, most importantly, THROTTLE!
