"I've been living in Northwest Arkansas for 3 years now an this is the absolute best bike shop I've ever been to , great customer service, professional work. I thank you again, and I will see you again. This is the only bike shop I will come to from now on."
"Very poor customer service in the Rogers store. I purchased two bikes from this store and on my first return for repair I was treated very disrespectful. I called the owner, Chris Dillard, but he never returned my call. After four days I called the owner again and was told he did received my message requesting he call me. I guess the owner isn't very concerned about my frustration therefore I'm leaving this Google Review. Had the owner called me I would have given him a chance to make good on his customer service before posting a review. I guess the shame in all of this is I currently own five Specialized bikes and will continue to buy Specialized bikes in the future. However, my purchases will be at Gearhead Outfitters and/or The Bike Route."
"I went to all the local shops and they were nice enough but the fella I spoke to here took the time to actually talk to me. There wasn’t anything in store I could remotely afford due to shortages (everywhere) but I left with enough information to buy a used bike to see if I would stick with it enough to warrant an upgrade. Always been a fan of Specialized Bikes so I found what we’ll call “The Beater”. A 2011 Crosstrail that had worn out old suspension forks. I took it to Highroller and they installed a rigid fork for me since this bike wouldn’t see anything more than bike paths and pavement. When the time comes, I’ll definitely be visiting Highroller to upgrade and retire my old used bike. …pics of The Beater"
"I rented a Stumpjumper from Highroller to use for a couple of days while in the area. The team had it prepared ahead of time with height and suspension settings as well as the pedals I requested. They took a minute to show me about the equipment before leaving and I was off to ride. Thanks, HCR!"
"First visit to Highroller Cyclery and we were really impressed. They work with the local Little Bellas chapter and offer a discount for girls enrolled in that program, which is a huge boost. They were able to replace a damaged part on my daughter's bike while we waited. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us several options. They have a lot of bikes, gear, etc. there as well (see pictures)"
