"My mail always gets delivered to the wrong address and my packages have been late lately, they also will drop my package in front of my door without knocking while I’m home , I also get my neighbors mail and she also gets my mail also . The office workers can be rude sometimes or nice depending how busy they are ."

"I was waiting for 3 packages to be delivered (1/27/24) while working in my garage. Saw the letter carrier come and drop one envelope in the mailbox. About 30 minutes later I received a notification that my packages were delivered. No packages were delivered to the mail box or to the front porch or anywhere else on my property. Very angry over this “oversight”."

"Not only did 2 important letters not mail out at the end of October, (which still has yet to arrive) but they put on my informed delivery that I was getting my package on the 11th, then they changed it to the 16th. They then said it would be here by 4:15, then changed it to 9pm. Well, I saw the mail truck go to my neighbors, but not here and I haven't received my package. Also, I haven't received the mail that my informed delivery said was coming today also."

"I mail a lot of packages every week at the Imperial Post Office. The people working there are kind, helpful and efficient. These qualities are lacking at other Post Offices. I also haven't had any issues with my mail at home. 10 stars for Sherry and Dennis!!!"

"They delivered some important documents two weeks after I put them in the out going mail box in Imperial and they were only going to Hillsboro. I nearly lost my HUD voucher thanks to the slowest delivery ever. Then, they sent my water bill to me 4 days after it was already due. I used to get them a week or more before their due date and they are up the street from me. Luckily, I called the water company to get my account info so I could pay my bill on time. Their website does not give you an option to click "yes" when trying to email them about a letter mailed in the US. So, you can never get through to the actual email part. I have no idea what the problem is at this post office but it really needs to stop. I guess I will have to take my outgoing mail to Arnold from now on and see if they are on top of things but I will have no control over my incoming mail and may be subject to late fees if something arrives after the due date again! Will the Imperial post office pay these late fees or take any responsiblity for their lack of action? I doubt it. No wonder most people go paperless with most bills as I have, unfortunately the water company is not that advanced at this time... Update: I just found out from Family Services that I did not receive two very inmportant letters from them! One was sent in to me in August of 2022! Seriously, what is going on in this place that they cannot deliver mail on time or at all?? I demand answers!! My daughter was emancipated without my knowledge thanks to the incompetent people here! We lost $3,500 in back child support thanks to the uncaring people in this office!! This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable!! Updat 2: Now they are claiming to deliver an Amazon package that I never received! Got my money back though!"
