Two weeks later I call and they never put me on the schedule for them to bring the hot tub then they told me it would probably be a couple more weeks but they dont know until they talk to their tech. They were super short on the phone and didnt really care."

"Bought Doughboy pool from this place in 2020 and had installed with all equipment in spring of 2021. That summer the plastic lid located at pump developed cracks. We had owned a pool for over 35 years before this one with Hayward pump and never had a lid to crack. This time the pump is a Dynamo. Went in to discuss since had only used the pool for 4 months and lid was not covered by warranty. They sold us another plastic lid. This new lid cracked last fall in 2022. I read articles about these plastic lids cracking if you use Baquacil chemicals, which we do! They recommend a chemical resistant lid. I asked dealer if they would help with cost of this new lid, since they sold me the second clear plastic lid knowing what type of pool chemicals we use or should have known since we buy them there! They declined to help with cost of another lid!!! Also I had asked for information on a Monday and had to call back again Wednesday to get final information!! I hardly ever write a review , but you might want to consider this type of customer care before buying your next pool here!"
