"I’ve used this facility three times for dropping packages. Each time, there was no one at the pack and ship station when I walked through the door. Strangely, though, by the time I walked up to the counter, an agent of FedEx had suddenly materialized, as if by magic. They met me with smiles and warm greetings, inquired as to my needs, then quickly and efficiently took care of business before asking if they could be of further assistance. And I swear to you, when I declined further service, for the briefest of moments, each of them looked sad. But they recovered quickly, smiled pleasantly, and bid me a good day."
