Here you will find the minimum equipment needed to work out there's no extreme bells and whistles that can compare to a Gold's Gym or 24 Hour Fitness, this is a raw gym that will make you work and make you think of how to figure out what equipment works for you and challenges you to be creative in your workouts. I personally like this type of gym compared to larger gyms like 24 Hour Fitness and Gold's Gym, because it helps me keep my workouts simple and uncomplicated I don't have to think about what equipment to choose from out of 50 different type of equipment out there to use if that makes any sense. The business is family owned and volunteer operated which helps to keep the cost of membership down and is at a reasonable monthly price."
