"This was actually a Walgreens that was supposed to be able to scan my packages in, but the lady insisted they don't do that at Walgreens photo center, even though the sign shows that is FedEx OnSite and I showed her multiple webpages that showed that they do and she even said another guy told her he has done it at Walgreens. Instead of calling a manager, supervisor or even someone at corporate (it was well within business hours) she just insisted it couldn't be done. Which was a huge waste of my time on a very busy day costing me many miles. She could neither scan the QR code nor even the regular label for either package. She was not hateful or rude, just not a great example of customer service."
